Shipping Policy (United States)

Where we ship:
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands),

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

We can update the delivery address before your order ships. After shipment, reroutes/intercepts may incur carrier fees.
Packages returned as undeliverable may be refunded minus shipping costs; reshipments may require an additional shipping fee.


Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs/port congestion, or events beyond our control. We’ll help you work with the carrier to resolve issues.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, label, and item. Keep all packaging.

  • Lost in transit: We’ll open a tracer/claim with the carrier. Claims typically take 7–14 business days to resolve.

  • Missing items: If your order arrives incomplete, contact us within 5 business days.


Signature Requirement

For your security, orders over $500 may require a signature on delivery. If you need to waive this, contact us before shipment (note: doing so shifts liability for porch theft).


Preorders & Backorders

Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page or at checkout and are subject to change by the manufacturer/carrier. We’ll notify you of material updates.
